Delivery Policy

We provide FREE delivery for all orders RM150.00 and above within West Malaysia.

Shipping fee of RM10.00 for normal shipping within Peninsula, and RM20.00 for normal shipping for East Malaysia, will be imposed on orders below RM150.00.

We will process and ship out your order within 2 working days upon payment is completed.  Customer may use the tracking no. to track delivery status.

Please note our delivery takes 2-5 working days for West Malaysia, and 3-7 working days for East Malaysia with exceptions of additional 3-5 working days during Holiday period.

Please keep in mind that there might be delays during peak season (i.e. public holiday, festive season, sales season etc).

In case of unsuccessful delivery, a Delivery Note or message will be left for the customer to call back.  Customer can contact with courier company for second attempt of the shipment or pick up at the nearest branch.

We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment.  However, we will help on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge.  Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
